Project Description: The CentrePointe Condominium – Phase 4 is the final phase in a planned residential condominium development near Bellis Fair Mall in Bellingham.
Details:CentrePointe Condominium is a multi-phase planned development consisting of four residential condominium buildings and one commercial/office building. Each residential condominium building is a 35-unit, 4-story structure. The entire project has a single underground parking garage that acts as a super-structure foundation for the buildings. The project was originally permitted in 2001 and Phases 1-3 were completed between 2001 and 2006. The parking garage for Phase 4 was completed, but the building was never constructed. Subsequently, the building was acquired by Bank of the Pacific.
AVT Consulting was hired in 2010 to represent Bank of the Pacific with the City of Bellingham to ensure the existing permits and entitlements for the project would not expire. AVT Consulting also prepared a project summary and marketing package for Bank of the Pacific to distribute to prospective buyers. AVT Consulting retained all existing permits and entitlements and ensured that all impact fees were credited, where applicable. AVT Consulting provided feedback to prospective buyers on behalf of Bank of the Pacific and assisted with the sale of the property in 2011. Phase 4 is now under construction and scheduled to be completed in spring of 2012.
